A nice tweet from one club to another to end the day with. That was part two of Game Day 4 in this year's CHL, and we will be back on Thursday to do it all again. Thank you for being with us, goodnight!
Sheffield pull the ogle out again to try and get another goal, but it's in vain and JYP win 4-2 in the Steel City. This result means that both them and Frolunda are through to the next round, and Sheffield will finish last in the group.
JYP score on the empty net, putting them 4-2 up in Sheffield. A gallant effort ny the Steelers, but this result is now going to eliminate them. (20:17:17)
2:15 to go in Sheffield, the Steelers trying to get it deep and create something but it's just not happing at the moment.
JYP ahead again, scoring on the PP to lead 3-2!
And that is is – Kosice take a 3-2 win which could be vital in the context of that group.
It's all kicking off in Klagenfurt, with the gloves off and some punches thrown as the KAC desperately search for an equaliser. Interesting they've got the goalie out, so are't taking into consideration the possible tiebreaker.
Good call by the coach – his team come good and score to go 3-2 ahead with 2:32 to go.
Time-out called by Kosice with 3:37 remaining, as they go on a two-man PP.
Coming up to a tight finish in Klagenfurt, still 2-2 there.
Well, I think few would have expected this – it's a tied game after two periods in Sheffield, two each against JYP after 40 minutes. In Klagenfurt it's the same score where Kosice are the visitors, with 12 minutes to go.
It might have been scrappy, but Sheffield won't care – they're level now against JYP with another PP goal!
Game over in Pardubice, Farjestad take the win meaning that every single SHL team has won today!
Steelers kill off a JYP powerplay, but with the game back to even skaters the visitors poke one home after al so puck in front of the next. 1-2!
Farjestad ahead in Pardubice again, hosts now will just under three minutes to tie it.
An excellent period for the Sheffield Steelers sees them leading JYP 1-0 after one period in Yorkshire. In Klagenfurt, Kosice have had to swap goalies after the net appeared to fall on MELICHERCIK. RIECICKY comes in.
What a phenomenal penalty kill by the Steelers there, which almost saw them double their lead!
Sheffield erupts, the Steelers take the lead over JYP!
Back on the ice in Klagenfurt for period two of that game. In Sheffield, a huge chance for the hosts – but they really mess up the 3-on-1! In Pardubice, Farjestad continue to lead by a single goal after 40 minutes.
And that is the game over in Grodno, what a massive win for Vitkovice 2-0!
Neman Grodno are desperately running out of time at home to Vitkovice, trailing 2-0 despite severe pressure and with only five minutes left on the clock.
End of one in Klagenfurt, the two sides locked at one each.
And our final game of the day is underway in Sheffield, with the Steelers taking on JYP!
An early goal for Kosice in Klagenfurt has been matched with just under 10 minutes played in the period – KAPSTAD levelling for the hosts.
We had a play under review in Grodno – the puck was under the Vitkovice goalie's catcher, which was then pushed over the line but with no sight of the puck. No goal awarded.
Neman Grodno start period three trailing Vitkovice 2-0 on home ice. They have it all to do now, otherwise will have to travel to Ostrava next week needing a result.
End of two buzzer in Grodno, and it's Vitkovice who lead 2-0. We're also just moments away from getting started with the KAC – Kosice game.
16:30
13:23 on the board in the 5pm start, and John PERSSON puts Farjestad a goal to the good in Pardubice.
We also have a 2-0 win for Linkoping to put them now on top of Group A!
A big win for KalPa over Stavanger, 2-1, now puts the, on top of Group L.
Stavanger have the goalie out with 2 minutes to play!
Grodno now find themselves 2-0 down at home to Vitkovice – a mistake on the attacking blue-line allowing the visitors to skate up ice with a 2-on-1.
Not the start to period three that IFK Helsinki would have wanted – they've just conceded to go 2-0 down now in Linkoping.
Teams are also back playing in Grodno for period two, and Linkoping where it's the final 20 minutes.
Game on in Finland! Stavanger are back in this, a terrific wrist-shot from Kristiansen after KalPa cause a defensive turnover, and we have a angel hockey game early in period three!
We are back out on the ice in the KalPa – Stavanger game, with the Oilers needing two goals in this period to tie the game as things stand.
Crikey that Ostrava net is living a charmed life at the moment in Grodno, the visitors are causing successive goal-mouth scrambles, and just rang one off the iron.
Vitkovice are running into enalty trouble in Grodno, which isn't the most advisable thing to do. In the later games, the middle periods are drawing to a close.
KalPa double their lead against Stavanger with another goal on the PP!
Vitkovice have done well to survive an early penalty kill in Grodno. You certainly don't want to let in an early goal in that rink, as Adler Mannheim found out to their cost last week.
Under way in Grodno, with Neman immediately on the attack against Vitkovice.
Did that really just happen up in KalPa? The hosts missing a 2-on-0? It did...
Back playing in both of the 15:00 starts now!
Linkoping hold on to their 1-0 lead as the teams head to the locker rooms.

We have a goal, and it's come in Finland... Kappa take the lead against Stavanger on the PP with 2:48 to play in period one.
Now then, last Sunday we didn't get a single goal in the opening period... today we're almost halfway through the opening sessions in both games without a goal. Is it a Sunday thing?
Off we go then, it's Linkoping vs. Helsinki IFK, and KalPa vs. Stavanger!
Just under half an hour to go!
So at 15:00 CET we are live with Linkoping vs. Helsinki IFK, and KalPa Kuopio entertaining Stavanger. Both games have big bearings in their respective groups...
