The key to that game was in the second period, when CSKA scored on the power play then got a second goal right after, while Lev was unable to convert on an extended advantage.

With the win, CSKA now has a commanding 3-0 series lead, giving Lev the nearly impossible task of doing something so few teams have done, come back to win 4 in a row. Game 4 goes tomorrow right back here in Prague at 19:00 CET. (19:15:40)

That was an action-packed period, in which Lev started strong and got the first goal, but then ran into penalty trouble, which is something you don't want to do against this CSKA club. They tied the game on the power play and then Patrick Davis scored the go-ahead goal on a breakaway just 39 second later. But Davis is finished for this game, getting a major penalty and game misconduct for checking to the head, which overlapped with a double-minor for high-sticking. Despite playing the last 5:54 of that period on the power play, including :56 of 5-on-3, Lev could not tie it.
